1. How does the refer-a-friend work?

Better Together is our referral program, where both you and your friend receive rewards for visiting a bra fitting at any of our specialty stores. All you need to do is bring your friend for a fitting session or have her mention your phone number when she visits us for her own fitting session.

2. What will my friend get when she registers?

Your friend will instantly get RM20 OFF and be enrolled into our ‘Friends’ membership tier,unlocking exclusive perks and benefits right away

3. Can my friend and I use the voucher on any item?

A.The vouchers can be used on all products except accessories. Other terms and conditions may apply.

4. Is there a specific period for my friend to use her voucher?

Yes! Your friend can use the RM20 voucher immediately, or within 1 month from the date of registration.

5. How many rewards will I receive for successfully referring a friend?

You’ll receive RM30 for every friend who makes a purchase of RM200 or more in a single receipt.

6. Is there a maximum number of friends that I can invite?

No, bring as many friends as you want. The more the merrier!

7. What is my spending limit?

You may only use one RM30 voucher per receipt.

8. How do I know if I have received the reward?

You will be notified via WhatsApp for every reward that you get.

9. Can the vouchers be used for online purchase?

Both the RM20 and RM30 vouchers can only be used in-stores and is not applicable for online purchases.

1. Who can I refer?

You can refer someone who is a new customer and doesn't already have a Neubodi.com account, even under a different email.

2. How does my friend get the promo code?

They must use your referral link to sign up and make a purchase that meets the minimum spend stated in the offer before the code expires.

3. When do I get my referral credit?

You’ll receive your credit in your Neubodi online shop account after your friend’s purchase is confirmed and approved by our customer service team.

4. How many people can I refer?

You can refer up to two (2) people per account.

5. Can I earn more than one credit per friend?

No, only one referral credit is given per referred person.

6. What if my friend returns their purchase?

If their total spend falls below the minimum after returns, your referral credit will be revoked.

7. Can I use referral credits on past orders?

No, referral credits cannot be applied to previous purchases and are not exchangeable for cash

TERMS & CONDITIONS

To qualify for a promo code, the referred person must (i) be a new customer, (ii) use a referral link to obtain the promo code and (iii) make a purchase on http://neubodi.com in an amount greater than the minimum amount specified in the referral offer prior to the promo code's expiration.
Referring customers will receive a referral credit in their http://neubodi.com account after the referral is confirmed and the referral credit is approved by a customer service member.
Customers are limited to referring two (2) people per household.
Referring customers may only earn one referral credit per referred person.
In the event a referred person returns a purchased item and their lifetime order value decreases below the minimum purchase amount, the referral credit awarded to the referring customer will be rescinded.
Customers may not refer anyone who has an existing http://neubodi.com account under an alternate email address.
Any abuse of this offer, as determined by us in our sole discretion, may result in the rescission of the referring customer's referral credit and the referred person's promo code as well as both parties' inability to participate in this or future promotions.
Referral credit cannot be applied to previous purchases, and is not redeemable for cash. This referral program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice in our sole discretion.
