RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To put it simply, we want you to love the products you purchased. If for some reason you don’t love it, don’t fret, most items may be returned within 7 days of receipt. We can accept return or exchange products purchased from NEUBODI online store by dropping them into our NEUBODI retail stores or delivering them back to the NEUBODI HQ. Please note that products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged with any NEUBODI departmental stores.
Note: Considering the intimate nature of our merchandise and for hygiene purposes, this strictly prohibits us from accepting the return of packaged underwear, adhesive products or shapewear.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
1. The period of returns acceptable will be within 7 days from the day the order is received. Returned goods should be unused, clean and undamaged, in original tags and packaging.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your products meet the following criteria:
Loose threads and removable stains will not be considered as defects. Kindly note that we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Web site; however, the actual color you will see will depend on many factors, including your computer, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display our colors. Discrepancies of slight color differences will not be entertained.
WHAT ARE FINAL SALE ITEMS?
Sale items (items that are already marked down on the site) are completely FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange, refunds or store credit. Items purchased at less than full price using a coupon code "Eg: DISCOUNT10" or special deals may be returned for an exchange or store credit.
2. EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS IN-STORE CREDIT
We will refund the purchase price of the relevant product(s) returned to us excluding delivery charges (if any). Refunds will be given in return credit within 5 working days. Alternatively, you can also opt for a direct exchange of the item of the same, or higher value directly in stores. Kindly note that any price difference needs to be top-up by the customer. However, should the value of exchange falls below the purchased price, no refunds will be given. For hygiene reasons, strictly no refunds or exchanges on any panties and girdles. Returns can only be made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.

Please be informed that our live chat consultant can only recommend the size to the customers based on the measurements provided by customers. There are other factors such as but not limited to breast shape, the firmness level of the breast and back fat, that might affect the accuracy of the size recommended.
At NEUBODI, please note that we will not be held accountable for any sizes recommended by our live chat consultants, and this cannot be used as a reason for exchange, especially when it is a FINAL SALE ITEM.

All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.
