RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


What is your Returns and Exchange Policy?

To put it simply, we want you to love the products you purchased.

If for some reason you don’t love it, don’t fret, most items may be returned within 7 days of receiving the parcel. We can accept return or exchange products purchased from NEUBODI online store by dropping them into our NEUBODI retail stores or delivering them back to the NEUBODI HQ. Please note that products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged with any NEUBODI departmental stores.


What items can be returned?

Due to hygiene reasons, only bras, sleepwear, and slips are accepted for our 7 calendar day exchange policy via our online store, or at any Neubodi retail stores. Panties, girdles, adhesive products, and all accessories will not be accepted. 

Kindly note that all sale items on clearance sale or best buys are completed FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for a return. For clarity, items listed in your invoice that has a *no returns or exchanges* remark, will not be allowed for a return and exchange.

We are also unable to accept returned bra item(s) that have been worn, washed, or have had labels and tags removed. Any non-qualified and non-conforming returns will be rejected. You will be billed for the return shipping cost if you want the item(s) sent back to you. Otherwise, the item(s) will be disposed of.

Note : Neubodi will not be held accountable for any sizes recommended by our live chat consultants, or size chart measurements, and this cannot be used as a reason for exchange, especially when it is a FINAL SALE ITEM.

How can I return the items?


To return or exchange goods purchased online, kindly ensure to sign in your existing account or sign up a new account before you fill out the Returns Request Form here.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization email. 

There are two ways to return your items :


1.  RETURN VIA POSTAGE

You may return your order(s) via post/courier directly to our office using a traceable mode of delivery to:

 Note : Return shipping costs would be borne by sender. We would not be deemed responsible should the return bra items package is lost when non-trackable means are used to send the return bra items.

For returns via postage, we only allow refund in online store credit to be used for repurchases from our Neubodi Online store. Store Credit will be processed within 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date which we receive the returned bra items at our warehouse. The online store Return Credits have no expiry date. We endeavour to process all return enquiries as soon as possible and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have processed your refund.

2. RETURN VIA RETAIL STORE


Alternatively, you can also do a return via our retail stores.

For returns done in the retail store, you can exchange the item to the following:

- Change of colour or size for same style
- Same retail value as the return style
- Higher retail value as the return style, top-up would be required
- Lower retail value as the return style, no refunds will be given

Further Information :

1. Strictly no refunds for any shipping & handling charges.
2. Strictly no cash refunds will be entertained.
3. Any voucher, coupon code and promotions applied on initial invoice/ receipt will not be reissued for any exchanges/return made
4. Return of items can only be made one time per order. This means that the subsequent items exchanged or purchased using store credit are not returnable. 
5. 
For items that do not meet the return policy criteria, the company reserves the right to evaluate and to impose a fee of RM10 per item to permit any exchanges.
6. All decisions made by Neubodi is final and the company reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. 

All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.
