NEUBODI offers a flat rate shipping across Malaysia.
 
West Malaysia – RM7
East Malaysia – RM12
 

DELIVERY TIMELINE
 
Your item(s) will reach you within 5 business days (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays) after it have been dispatched from our warehouse, counting from the next day upon payment notification received.
 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
 
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation, which will include applicable tracking or postal delivery confirmation information. You can also locate your order status through “My Account” and “Order History”.
 
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
 
All orders have to be processed/packed for shipment arrangement and the delivery timeline might be subjected to custom clearance and logistic handling/processes. 
 
We offer international shipping via Msia Int’l that takes 15 – 30 business days depending on the destination country.
 
All international prices with NEUBODI are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). The price is exclusive of any import duties, taxes and shipping charges.
 
Msia Int’l (15 – 30 business days): Starting at $9.60.
 
CUSTOM FEES (IF APPLICABLE)

Orders shipped outside the Malaysia may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer in addition to shipping cost. NEUBODI  is unable to predict or control customs charges as the destination country levies them.
