1. How do I sign up for in-store rewards?
  • You’re automatically enrolled when you make an in-store purchase. No separate registration is needed!
2. How does in-store rewards work?
  • You will get 1 point for every RM1 spent. Once you reach 80 points, RM1 will be credited to your account.
3. How do I move up a tier?
  • Your total spending over 12 months determines your tier:
    • Spend RM1 – RM1,299 → Friend
    • Spend RM1,300 – RM3,999 → Bestie
    • Spend RM4,000+ → Family
  • You’ll automatically be upgraded once you hit the next spending tier.
4. Will my tier be downgraded if I don’t shop?
  • Yes! To stay active in your tier, you must shop at least twice in 12 months. If there is no activity from your end, your membership tier will be adjusted one level down — eg : from Bestie to Friend.
  • Example 1: You are in Bestie tier in 1 July 2025. You made 1 purchase in December 2025 and another in May 2026. Since you made two purchases within 12 months, you are eligible to stay in the Bestie tier.
  • Example 2: You are in Bestie tier in 1 July 2025. You only made a purchase in May 2026 and did not manage to make a purchase by 30 June 2026. You will be adjusted one level down to the Friends tier.
5. Do my points expire?
  • Points are valid for 12 months from the date earned.
6. When can I use my birthday reward?
  • Your birthday reward can be used throughout the whole of your birthday month.
7. Can I combine discounts?
  • Only the Besties & Family tier members get an extra 5% OFF on top of sale items (Discount-on-Discount privilege). Other discounts cannot be stacked and are only valid for normal priced items. Other T&Cs may apply.
8. Can in-store points be redeemed online?
  • Unfortunately, the points you accumulated in stores cannot be redeemed online.
